Patient feedback
The Oral Health Centre strives to provide the highest quality services to its patients. In order to achieve this, it is important that we hear the opinions of patients about their experiences at the Centre. All Reception desks at the Centre stock Patient Satisfaction Survey forms, and all patients are encouraged to complete a form after their dental appointment. These forms do not require the provision of the patient’s name, but anyone wishing to provide their name will receive a personal response to their comments. All comments, whether critical or complimentary, are taken seriously. Patients who wish to be sent a Patient Satisfaction Survey form can do so by telephoning the Centre’s Manager of Patient Services, Angela Clark, on 9346 7645, or by submitting a request at info@ohcwa.uwa.edu.au. |
